IFCO SYSTEMS has offered this alternative to normal deposit processing since 1998, and many customers have used it successfully. We now offer our partners a new, modern internet-based web clearing platform on the internet, which makes deposit clearing processing much easier.

The processes can be fully automated by the customer, and clearing in paper format is no longer necessary. The comprehensive deposit clearing system is easy for customers to use and very convenient.

All ins and outs are constantly visible and are reconciled automatically by the system. Consequently, time-consuming manual coordination of the consignment data is no longer carried out.

If any inconsistencies arise in the reconciliation, those involved are automatically informed through an alarm system via SMS or e-mail and asked to explain the differences.

For the customers, the check is limited to the few processes where differences can effectively arise. These differences can be rectified directly on the platform on the internet.

This optimum communication system enables our customers to benefit from time and cost advantages and concentrate fully on their core competences.

In addition, the customer can also carry out evaluations, which can easily be converted to external files, e.g. Excel.

All Web-Clearing application participants can monitor all their activities centrally online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the click of a mouse, and access and use their information anytime, anywhere.
